Absolutely. We welcome serious prospective buyers to come and meet and ride our horses.

Our priority is always to create the right match between horse and rider, so before arranging a viewing we’ll ask you to tell us a little about your riding experience, what you’re looking for and your goals, along with some recent videos of you riding.

This allows our team to assess which horses we feel would be most suitable for you and ensure your visit is tailored around genuine potential matches.

For the welfare of our horses, ridden viewings are arranged for prospective buyers who we believe could be a suitable match for the horses they are coming to try.

Finding the right partnership is at the heart of what we do. We take the time to understand your riding experience, ambitions, preferences and the type of partnership you are looking for.

Our experienced team knows each of our horses extremely well and will use this knowledge to recommend the horses we believe could be the best match for you.

Sometimes the horse you fall in love with on paper isn’t the one we ultimately think will suit you best and that honest guidance is an important part of the ZSB experience.

Yes. Buyers are welcome to arrange an independent pre-purchase veterinary examination with a vet of their choice.

Our team will be happy to assist with coordinating the appointment and providing any information required by the examining vet.

Of course. We believe in being as transparent as possible about every horse we offer.

Where applicable, we can provide competition records, pedigree and breeding information, passport details and other relevant information about the horse’s history.

We are also very happy to discuss each horse’s training, temperament and experience with you in more detail.

Absolutely. Many of our buyers are international, so distance doesn’t need to prevent you from finding the right horse.

We can provide detailed videos and information, arrange virtual viewings and calls with our team, coordinate independent veterinary examinations and assist with the documentation and transport required to bring your new horse home.

If you would like to travel to view horses in person, our team can also help you plan your visit.

Yes. ZSB works with buyers internationally and we can assist with arranging professional transport to your horse’s new home.

Where required, we can also help coordinate the wider process, including export documentation, health certification and international shipping arrangements.

Our aim is to make the journey from choosing your horse to welcoming them home as straightforward as possible.

A deposit is required to secure any horse, with the balance due upon completion of vetting and prior to transport. Full payment terms, including currency and arrangements for international buyers, are confirmed directly with our team.

Any flexibility on price will depend on the individual horse.

We are always happy to have a sensible conversation with serious prospective buyers following a viewing. Please speak to our team if you would like to discuss a particular horse.

Our horses are available to try during an arranged viewing, but we do not send horses away on trial or approval.

We encourage buyers to spend sufficient time with the horse during their visit and, where appropriate, arrange further viewings before making a decision.

This allows us to protect the welfare and consistency of our horses while giving prospective buyers every opportunity to make an informed decision.

Once you’ve found your horse, our team will guide you through the next steps.

We can coordinate an independent veterinary examination, prepare the relevant purchase documentation and assist with transport, export and shipping arrangements where required.

We want buying a horse from ZSB to feel exciting rather than overwhelming, so we remain on hand throughout the process to help make your horse’s journey to their new home as seamless as possible.

Our horses may be based in the UK, Europe or the UAE depending on the time of year and their individual training and competition schedules.

The current location of each horse can be confirmed by our team, along with the available viewing arrangements.
